Payment terms for our services:

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Project timelines may be affected by delays in payment or provision of required materials from the client.

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables
• We retain rights to our methodologies, processes, and general knowledge
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Clients must provide proper attribution when required

All work remains the property of Devsmagic until full payment is received.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devsmagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments will become due.
